  • You have a BMI of 30 or greater, or a BMI of 27 or greater with a weight-related health condition (like high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol).
  • You have been taking a GLP-1 medication (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide) for at least 6 months.
  • You do not have a nut allergy.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
