Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have advanced colorectal cancer that is pMMR/non-MSI-H (a specific marker) and has not improved after at least two prior treatments.
  • You must have a tumor sample from the past 5 years (or a new biopsy) available for testing.
  • You must be able to do daily activities without help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within certain limits, as shown by recent lab tests.
  • You cannot have active autoimmune disease, serious heart problems, or recent major surgery.
