  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are under the care of the Black Country Perinatal Mental Health Service.
  • You have had trauma symptoms from a birth experience within the last 18 months.
  • You have access to a device (like a laptop) and the internet to join online group sessions.
  • You have a private space at home and childcare available during sessions.
  • You can speak English well enough to take part in group therapy.
