Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You had a mild concussion (not moderate or severe) 3 to 12 months ago.
  • You still have symptoms like trouble concentrating, memory issues, or brain fog (called PPCS).
  • You have a smartphone you can use reliably.
  • You do not have other serious brain or mental health conditions (mild anxiety or depression from concussion is okay).
  • You do not have metal implants in your head or neck, or skin problems on your scalp.
