This study tests whether a brain “stimulation” approach, paired with brain imaging (MRI), can help children who still have symptoms after a mild concussion. There is also a comparison group of children without concussion history.

Who can take part
- Be 10 to 15 years old when you enroll
- For the concussion group: the injury happened more than 6 weeks ago and within the past 12 months
- Still have ongoing “post-concussion” problems (like trouble planning/sequencing) in daily activities
- No major metal/electronic implants in the head/neck/body that make MRI unsafe (you must answer screening questions)
- Be able to do MRI (for example, not very claustrophobic) and avoid any recent head/eye metal issues that need special clearance
- Not be pregnant during screening (female participants of childbearing potential must confirm status)
