Fasudil with immunotherapy for advanced prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 84 years old.
  • You have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread to bones or other organs.
  • You have tried at least one chemotherapy with docetaxel and one newer hormone therapy, and these treatments no longer work.
  • Your PSA level is rising, and you have new or growing tumors on scans.
  • You are in generally good health, with expected survival of at least 3 months.
