Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with metastatic prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy.
- You have not taken a next-generation hormonal agent (like abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide) for this cancer, or you have started one within the last 28 days.
- You have never received chemotherapy (like taxane) for your prostate cancer.
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are within a certain range (doctor will check).
- You do not have type 1 diabetes, need insulin, or have poorly controlled diabetes.
