Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a solid tumor that is advanced or has spread, and it has progressed after standard treatment or no standard treatment is available.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to take oral medications and follow the study schedule.
- You have adequate organ function (blood, liver, kidney) and have recovered from side effects of prior therapy.
- If you are of childbearing potential, you must use highly effective contraception and have a negative pregnancy test; men must use condoms and avoid sperm donation.
- You do not have untreated brain metastases, active infections, or significant gastrointestinal problems that would affect drug absorption.
