- You are 40 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease by a neurologist.
- Your Parkinson's disease is at stage 1, 2, or 3 on the Hoehn and Yahr scale (mild to moderate).
- You scored above 20 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) test.
- You do not have any other serious health problems like heart disease, balance disorders, or other brain diseases.
