Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your tumor must have a protein called MUC17 on its surface (confirmed by a biopsy or earlier tissue sample).
- Your cancer must have progressed after standard treatment, or there must be no standard treatments available for you.
- You cannot have had certain cancer treatments (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted pills, etc.) in the past 4 weeks (or 2 weeks for some types).
- You cannot have taken any medication that targets the MUC17 protein before.
- For colorectal cancer with a specific genetic marker (MSI-H/dMMR), you must have already tried a PD-1 inhibitor (like Keytruda).
