Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older, up to 75 for the first part of the study.
- You have advanced or metastatic HER2-positive or low-expression digestive tract or other solid tumor, confirmed by biopsy or cytology.
- Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor on scans (like CT/MRI).
- You are in fairly good health (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your organ function (heart, kidney, liver, blood clotting) is within acceptable ranges.
- You have not had certain cancer treatments within 4 weeks before starting, and side effects from past treatments have mostly resolved.
