Who can take part
- You have had neck pain for at least 3 months.
- Your neck pain is at least a 4 out of 10 on a pain scale.
- Your neck pain causes mild to moderate problems in daily activities.
- You are able to make video calls and understand Spanish.
- You have not had neck surgery, fibromyalgia, or certain heart/lung conditions.
- You are not pregnant and have not had physical therapy for your neck in the last 3 months.
