Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with migraine by a doctor using standard criteria.
  • You have had 2 to 8 migraine attacks per month for the last 3 months.
  • You are able to take part in an 8-week physical therapy program.
  • Your migraine medications have been stable for at least 1 month and are not expected to change.
  • You do not have other headache disorders, serious neck problems, or certain neurological conditions.
