Who can take part
- You must be 12 years or older.
- You must have confirmed Job syndrome (hyper-IgE syndrome) due to a STAT3 gene change.
- You must have either lupus-like disease or severe atopic dermatitis (eczema).
- You must be able to take pills by mouth and follow the study plan.
- You must not have used certain immune-suppressing drugs (like methotrexate or rituximab) within the past 3 months.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you can have children you must use effective birth control while on the study drug.
