Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have been diagnosed with bile duct or gallbladder cancer that is locally advanced or could soon be treatable with surgery, but hasn't spread to distant organs.
  • You cannot have received any previous cancer treatment for your current condition.
  • You must be in generally good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1), and have adequate organ function.
  • You must not have an active autoimmune disease, a recent serious infection, or other uncontrolled health problems.
  • If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study and for 8 weeks after the last dose.
