Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder that hasn't gotten better with at least two different antidepressants.
  • You are currently taking the same antidepressant at the same dose for the past 4 weeks.
  • You are right-handed.
  • You do not have any major medical conditions (like a heart condition, seizures, or a pacemaker) or other psychiatric disorders besides depression.
