Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be surgically removed and has not responded to or you cannot tolerate standard treatments.
  • You have a specific tissue type called HLA-A*02:01 (a blood test will confirm this).
  • Your tumor must have a protein called PRAME (a lab test will check this).

TCR-T cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called TCR-T that targets a specific genetic change (KRAS mutation) found in some pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers. If you have the right genetic markers and previous treatments haven't worked, this study may offer a new option.

NCT06484790Recruiting· Phase 1
Engineered T cell therapy for KRAS-mutated advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized T cell therapy designed to target specific KRAS mutations (G12V or G12D) in people with advanced solid tumors who have no standard treatment options left. The treatment involves collecting your own immune cells, engineering them to recognize and attack cancer cells with these mutations, and then infusing them back into you.

NCT06397963Recruiting
Personalized immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This study tests a new treatment using your body's own immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are taken from your tumor, grown in a lab, and then put back into you. It's for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard options.

NCT05831033Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Your own immune T-cells to treat advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests a treatment made from your own tumor-fighting immune cells (TIL cells) for advanced solid cancers that have worsened or no longer respond to standard therapy. The main goal is to learn whether it is safe and whether it can shrink tumors for people who have limited options.

NCT07766317Not yet recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Personal immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a treatment that takes immune cells from your tumor, multiplies them in a lab, and gives them back to you to fight the cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have tried other treatments or cannot have them.

NCT03891706Recruiting· Phase 1
Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests personalized immune cells (T cells) made from your own tumor and blood to treat advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system recognize and attack your tumor, especially if standard treatments no longer work.
