- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your tumor has a specific protein called Claudin18.2 on its surface (confirmed by a test).
- You have tried at least 2 previous cancer treatments (or at least 1 if you have pancreatic cancer) and they no longer work.
- You have a tumor that can be seen on imaging scans (like CT or MRI).
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2).
- You do not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or tuberculosis, and your cancer has not spread to your brain.
