Cell therapy for advanced stomach cancer with Claudin18.2 protein

Claudin18.2 Positive Advanced Solid Tumors

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called Claudin18.2 found on some stomach, esophagus, and gastroesophageal junction cancers. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors or stop them from growing when other treatments have stopped working.

  • Your cancer has not been controlled by standard treatments or has continued to grow.
  • You are between the ages of 18 and 75.
