Who can take part
- You must be 19 years or older.
- You must have knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by a doctor, with at least 3 specific signs like morning stiffness or tenderness.
- Your knee pain when bearing weight must be at least 40 on a 0 to 100 scale.
- You should be able to walk without a walker or cane, or if you use one, you must have used it for the past 6 months.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be less than 32.
- You cannot have certain other conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, active infections, or have had recent knee surgery.
