  • You live in the United States.
  • You are 22 years old or older.
  • You own an Oura Ring (Gen3 or newer) and use it regularly.
  • You use the English version of the Oura app on your smartphone (iPhone or Android).
  • You do not have an implanted heart device like a pacemaker.
  • You are not pregnant or within 12 weeks after giving birth.
