Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have had a type of stroke called aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, confirmed by a CT scan or angiogram.
  • The aneurysm was treated (by clipping or coiling) within 72 hours of the stroke starting.
  • Blood, spinal fluid, urine, or stool samples were or will be collected during your hospital stay.
  • You or your legal guardian must sign a consent form to participate.
