Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have stage IV lung cancer (squamous cell or adenocarcinoma) that has spread to other parts of your body.
  • Your cancer does not have a specific gene mutation (like EGFR, ALK, or ROS1) that can be treated with targeted therapy.
  • You have at least two tumors that can be measured, including one that has spread to a distant organ.
  • You are in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0-1) and have adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function.
