Who can take part

  • You have prediabetes, meaning your blood sugar is higher than normal but not high enough to be diabetes.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have normal blood pressure (systolic 90-139 mmHg and diastolic 60-89 mmHg).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is less than 30.
  • You are not taking any medications that affect your heart or blood vessels.
  • You have no history of heart disease, diabetes, or autoimmune diseases like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.
