Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have coronary artery disease (blockages in heart arteries seen on a CT scan or after a stent procedure)
  • You have prediabetes (fasting blood sugar of 100-125 mg/dL or HbA1c 5.7%-6.4%)
  • You are not currently taking any diabetes medications other than metformin
  • You do not have diabetes, heart failure, severe kidney disease, or a history of pancreatitis
  • You are able to safely participate in physical activity
