  • You are 18 to 80 years old
  • You are about to start taking semaglutide for type 2 diabetes or to lose weight
  • You have not taken semaglutide for more than 2 weeks yet
  • You can safely have an MRI (no metal implants, pacemaker, or severe claustrophobia)
  • You can walk without help (no cane, walker, or wheelchair)
