  • You are generally healthy and between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You can walk comfortably for 1 mile.
  • You are able to make 4 weekly visits to Spectrum Ergonomics over a month.
  • You do not have flat feet, high arches, or certain foot conditions.
  • You are not pregnant or recently postpartum.
