Who can take part

  • You are 19 years old or older.
  • You feel like your walking or balance is not as good as it used to be.
  • You can walk on your own for at least 6 minutes on flat ground.
  • You can read normal print (with glasses if needed) and understand a conversation (with a hearing aid if needed).
  • You do not have a serious heart, stomach, lung, or hormone problem that might affect the study.
