Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma that has returned after prior treatment with radiation and temozolomide chemotherapy.
- Your tumor is at least 10 mm in size (about the size of a pea) as seen on an MRI.
- You have not taken bevacizumab (Avastin) before.
- You are not on steroids, or you have been on a stable dose for at least 7 days before starting treatment.
- You are able to have your hair shaved on part or all of your head and can get an IV line placed in your arm.
