Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma (grade 4 IDH-wildtype).
  • You have already had standard treatments including surgery, chemotherapy (temozolomide), and radiation.
  • You have had surgery again because the tumor came back.
  • Your tumor cells have a specific DNA repair problem called mismatch repair deficiency.
  • The area where the ultrasound will be focused is at least 30 mm from the inside of your skull.
  • You are 18 or older, and your overall health status is good (KPS score above 70).
