Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have advanced or metastatic breast cancer (hormone-receptor positive, HER2-negative), castration-resistant prostate cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapy.
- You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You must have adequate bone marrow and organ function (checked by blood tests).
- You cannot have had another cancer in the last 3 years (except for very early-stage cancers that were cured).
- You cannot have serious heart problems, uncontrolled infections, or untreated brain metastases.
