This trial tests a new daily pill called HLX97 for people with advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It may help if you have a type of breast cancer that is hormone-receptor positive and HER2-negative, or castration-resistant prostate cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer.

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have advanced or metastatic breast cancer (hormone-receptor positive, HER2-negative), castration-resistant prostate cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapy.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You must have adequate bone marrow and organ function (checked by blood tests).
  • You cannot have had another cancer in the last 3 years (except for very early-stage cancers that were cured).
  • You cannot have serious heart problems, uncontrolled infections, or untreated brain metastases.
