Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic esophageal, gastric, colorectal, or other solid tumor cancer.
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample from within the last 2 years or agree to a fresh biopsy.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor site that can be tracked by imaging.
  • Your overall health status is good: able to care for yourself and up and about more than 50% of waking hours (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had certain heart conditions, and your heart's pumping ability is at least 50%.
