Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic clear cell kidney cancer that has progressed on or you couldn't tolerate one prior line of systemic treatment.
- You are in good general health (able to carry on daily activities, ECOG 0-1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor as seen on scans.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting functions are within required ranges.
- You have not had major surgery in the past 28 days, and you have no active brain metastases.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease, hepatitis B or C, HIV, or other significant uncontrolled medical conditions.
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to use reliable birth control during the study and for 1 year after treatment.
