Who can take part
- You have head and neck cancer or another solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (for the first part of the study) or at least 18 (for the second part).
- You are in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 3 years.
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood clotting are working well enough for the study drug.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment.
