  • You must live in the United Kingdom.
  • Women cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy in the next 4 months.
  • Your usual fiber intake should be between 16 and 30 grams per day.
  • You cannot have food allergies to gluten, peanuts, or tree nuts.
  • You must not have a history of or current eating disorder.
  • You must not have lost more than 10% of your body weight in the last 3 months.
