Who can take part

  • You must have a Parkinson's diagnosis from a specialist.
  • Your Parkinson's must be in early or mid-stage (Hoehn & Yahr I to III).
  • You can walk and stand on your own for at least 2 minutes.
  • You must be able to travel to Northumbria University in Newcastle for the study visits.
  • You should not have other serious brain or nerve conditions (like stroke or Alzheimer's).
  • You must have no leg or foot injury in the past 6 weeks.
