Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that has gotten worse after prior treatment with a PD-1 or PD-L1 immunotherapy drug.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor in the liver that can be treated with an artery infusion.
  • Your liver function is stable (Child-Pugh score 7 or lower) and your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had liver surgery or local treatment in the past 4 weeks, and have not taken the targeted therapy lenvatinib before.
  • You are willing to use reliable birth control during the trial and for 6 months after the last dose.
