Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have had an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) within the last 90 days.
  • For the group with aortic stenosis: your echocardiogram shows moderate to severe narrowing (AVA ≤ 1.5 cm²).
  • You do not have any other significant heart valve disease, an artificial valve, a pacemaker, or a congenital heart defect.
  • You are willing and able to give written informed consent.
