Who can take part

  • You are 70 years old or older.
  • You have a routine checkup at one of the participating primary care clinics.
  • You have not had a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) in the past year.
  • You have never been diagnosed with moderate or severe aortic stenosis.
  • You have not had any heart valve surgery or replacement.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, ICD, or other implanted heart device.
