- You are 70 years old or older.
- You have a routine checkup at one of the participating primary care clinics.
- You have not had a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) in the past year.
- You have never been diagnosed with moderate or severe aortic stenosis.
- You have not had any heart valve surgery or replacement.
- You do not have a pacemaker, ICD, or other implanted heart device.
