Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must have a specific EGFR gene mutation (common, uncommon, or exon 20 insertion).
  • For patients in China, your tumor must have an increase in MET gene copies or MET protein levels after prior EGFR treatment.
  • You must be able to do daily activities with little help (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You must not have had certain prior treatments (like other MET inhibitors) or have uncontrolled health problems.
