Who can take part
- You have chronic kidney disease and receive hemodialysis or hemodiafiltration 3 times a week for at least 12 weeks.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your blood phosphorus level is between 5.5 and 9.9 mg/dL at the first study visit.
- You are currently taking at least one phosphate binder medication at a stable dose for at least 2 weeks before the first visit.
- You do not have a very high PTH level (over 500 pg/mL) and have not had parathyroid surgery or other parathyroid treatments.
