Long-term study of TS-172 for high phosphorus on dialysis
Treatments studied
Part of Kidney & urinary clinical trials.
This trial tests a new medicine, TS-172, to lower high phosphorus levels in people with kidney disease who are on hemodialysis. It looks at safety and effectiveness over a longer period.

This trial tests a new medicine called TS-172 for people with high phosphorus levels who are on hemodialysis. It aims to lower phosphorus levels and is taken along with your current phosphate binder medication.
This study tests whether a new medicine called TS-172 can help lower phosphorus levels in patients on peritoneal dialysis (a type of kidney treatment). High phosphorus can cause bone problems and other complications, so the trial aims to see if this drug works better than current treatments.
This study tests how an experimental drug (TS-172) is processed in the body by comparing people with mild to moderate liver disease to those with normal liver function. It may help doctors understand how to dose the drug safely for people with liver problems.
This trial compares two treatment goals for blood phosphate levels in people with end-stage kidney disease who are on dialysis. It may help determine which target is safer and works better in real-world care.
This trial tests a new medicine called MT1013 for people with secondary hyperparathyroidism who are on dialysis. It may help control high parathyroid hormone levels when current treatments are not enough.
This trial tests a new drug called AP301 to lower high phosphate levels in people on dialysis. It's designed to help control phosphate, which can be hard to manage with diet and current medications.
