Who can take part
- You are on dialysis at least 3 times a week for 3 months or more.
- Your calcium level in the dialysis fluid is 1.25 mmol/L or higher.
- In the last 14 days, your pre-dialysis parathyroid hormone level was 400 pg/mL or higher.
- In the last 14 days, your pre-dialysis blood calcium level was at least 8.4 mg/dL.
- You have not taken certain calcimimetic drugs (cinacalcet, ivocalcet, or etelcalcetide) recently.
- You do not have recent serious heart rhythm problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
