  • You are a woman, postmenopausal or willing to take medication to stop ovarian function
  • Your breast cancer is hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2 negative
  • You have not received any treatment for cancer that has spread (advanced disease) yet
  • You have not taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor before
  • You have measurable tumors or only bone metastases
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1)
