Who can take part
- 18 years old or older
- Adenocarcinoma prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy (castration-resistant)
- You must have taken at least one newer hormone-blocking drug before (like enzalutamide or abiraterone)
- Your PSMA PET scan must be positive (shows the PSMA protein on your cancer cells)
- You have measurable disease by scans or a PSA level of 1 ng/mL or higher
