Study of AB-3028 for advanced prostate cancer

Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

Who can take part

  • 18 years old or older
  • Adenocarcinoma prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy (castration-resistant)
  • You must have taken at least one newer hormone-blocking drug before (like enzalutamide or abiraterone)
  • Your PSMA PET scan must be positive (shows the PSMA protein on your cancer cells)
  • You have measurable disease by scans or a PSA level of 1 ng/mL or higher
