Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

Who can take part

  • You must be a man aged 18 or older with prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy.
  • You must have tried at least one newer hormone drug and possibly chemotherapy, or you cannot tolerate chemotherapy.
  • Your cancer must show the PSMA protein on a special scan.
  • You must have measurable tumors (by scans) or at least one bone metastasis.
  • You must have good organ function, including blood counts, liver, and kidneys.
