Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are generally able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2, meaning fully active to up and about half the day).
  • You have one of these cancers and are on the specific treatment listed: lung (metastatic, on immunotherapy+chemo), colorectal (stage II-IV, on chemo after surgery), breast (HR+/HER2-, on hormonal therapy), CLL (not needing treatment yet), or multiple myeloma (newly diagnosed, on first-line therapy, not getting a stem cell transplant).
  • You do not have unstable bone metastases or bones at high risk of fracture.
  • You do not have any uncontrolled heart, lung, muscle, or metabolic conditions that rule out exercise.
  • You are willing and able to follow the exercise program and study procedures.
