  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (stage 3 or 4)
  • You are about to start a new cancer treatment (first or later line of therapy)
  • You have had tests for certain genes (like EGFR, KRAS, ALK, ROS1, and PD-1/PD-L1)
  • You have not had surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy for lung cancer too recently
  • You have not had a blood clot after your cancer diagnosis or used blood thinners regularly
