Who can take part

  • You exercise at least 2 days a week for the last 3 months.
  • You do resistance training 1-3 times a week for the last 3 months.
  • You have competed in at least 2 sports events in the past year.
  • You have not had a broken bone or surgery in the past year.
  • You have not had a muscle or joint injury in the last 3 months that needed more than 7 days of rest.
  • You are not currently injured or in pain.
