  • Be a man between 18 and 35 years old
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week for the past year
  • Have no allergies to the areas where stimulation is applied
  • Have no chronic health problems that make exercise unsafe
  • No leg muscle or joint injuries in the last 6 months
  • Be a non-smoker and able to understand the study procedures
